Forex Derivatives

Forex derivatives are derivative contracts which give the holder the right to buy or sell an asset at a preselected price by a predetermined expiration time (or given period of time). There are two types of derivatives a trader has: puts and calls. A PUT derivative gives the trader the right to SELL an asset at their strike price of choice. Traders will purchase a PUT derivative typically when they believe the market price of an asset will fall below its strike price. A CALL derivative, on the other hand, allows a trader to BUY an asset at a given strike price. If the trader anticipates that an asset will rise about its strike price by the time of its expiration, they will purchase a CALL derivative. The tables below show the forex derivatives which are available under Broctagon Exchange.
